Who are we?
We're a small neighbourhood in Tākaka, Golden Bay, where a group of people decided there had to be a better way to live. Instead of isolated houses on individual sections, we pooled resources to create a community that enjoys shared gardens, shared meals, and neighbours who show up for each other.

Rentals
We have a number of houses that are inhabited by long-term renters. All of our renters are also members, which means they have the same obligations and enjoy the same benefits as owners. Read more about membership here.
